Louis Alfonso Rodriguez Lopez-Sepiro is the first child of his parents Alfonso Rodriguez and Delia Lopez-Cepero. He was born on June 15, 1978 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. His parents had two other children, two girls were Jean and Tatiana.
Fonci has always set his mind on music. In his childhood years, he tried to prepare his singing so that he could look like popular Puerto Rican singing group Menudo. During this period of his life, he was also an active member of the San Juan Children song.
